I have never had a more personable and enjoyable experience then I did with this company. I have been given the runaround by many previous companies and I will never call another one again after having these wonderful gentleman come over and help me tear down a carport. They did the demo they cleaned up as they worked they are polite and respectful and very knowledgeable! The whole team is absolutely fantastic and Rick is straight to the point and will not give you the run around.

All State Contractors is very responsive, professional, and goes the extra mile to provide a high quality and timely service. I will be a repeat customer!

Hired All State Contractors to remove an old addition to a 100 year old historic property in Capitol Hill. It was a challenging project all around but Rick, Corey, and Kramer did a great job - actually beyond great. Rickâ s 35 years of experience with demolition projects made it look easy. The work was completed in a day and a half for a very reasonable price. When they left the site was clean and you couldnâ t tell the old structure was ever there. I wish all contractors were this good to work with. Would definitely hire them again.

Friendly, efficient and took the time to explain the work. Always asked for my selection of materials, discussed the plan and offered advice.

Rick and his son Cory provided the formal proposal to remove a large above ground pool and large deck within an hour of visiting our home. His bid was less than half of another bid and they along with Todd and AJ started the job two days later and completed ahead of schedule. Super friendly and a pleasure to work with. We will call on them again!!

Hired for a demo of a large, heavy, old shed in our backyard. Demo was completed in a day and a half for a fair price. Rick and his crew did a fantastic job, were on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site thoroughly before they left. Would hire again.

I really enjoyed working with All State Contractors! They were easy to communicate with, always arrived on time or early, and made an appointment time that fit my schedule. They removed tile and carpet in my condo in preparation for new flooring I will install this week. 3 guys did the work and it only took them 4 hours for full demo. The price was appropriate and worth every penny! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to all my friends.

We are so delighted to have done business with this company! Someone came out the very day after we posted our need and was professional and courteous. We got other quotes but theirs was the lowest by far. They came out just a few days later and completed our project in two days in burning heat and kept the cost exactly what they said it would be. Throughout, they were courteous, professional, and friendly. We will hire them again if we ever have need.

They did a good job as requested but I just felt that it cost a bit more than expected. In their defense, I truly have no real knowledge of what the going rate would be for the wok they completed.

I called on a Monday looking for our kitchen to get demoed two weeks later. They came out the next day after calling and gave us a great quote! Even though we called on such a short notice they were able to come out the day we were requesting. They showed up on time and were in and out within two and half hours. I can’t say enough great things about Corey and his guys, no b.s, no wondering when and if they were guna show up, extremely friendly with great customer service, and the price point was awesome for how quickly and efficiently they got the work done. These guys are legit!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I was in quick need of a small basement demo project and it was my bottleneck to other projects before I could move into my new house. Rick is a sweetheart...reminds me of my uncle - direct, honest and great service attitude. They quoted me the best rate of three and actually followed through at every step, got the job booked in 2 days and got it done very thoroughly. Great family business too. Most importantly, as a woman, I felt super comfortable and respected. Sometimes it's not that way, unfortunately.

Rick and Colby came out the next day to give me a quote on the project. It was very competitive with other quotes I received. There was no pressure, they followed up and were able to complete the work in great time. They did a thorough job of my patio cover demo and cleaned up. They were polite and I appreciate that too! Thanks All State Contractors, I ll be recommending you to my friends and calling you for future jobs! Plus they are local and have been around for 35 years!

Rick and his crew did an absolute stellar job with the demolition and re-build of our kitchen. All State Contractors were very timely, resourceful and the quality of work was second to none. We were able to get a whole host of services including structural changes, electrical and finishing with All State. The value and turn-around on the project were much better than we found with other estimates. All State Contractors will positively be the first and only resource I look to when engaging future remodels and construction.

Its disappointing but I feel the need to update my previous review of Allstate Contractors. I originally hired Allstate Contractors to remove an overhang from our home. Rick and his crew did a fabulous job. For brevity, I will not go into details but from there it didnt go the greatest. I personally really like Rick and his team. Its a family business and they are extremely kind and mean the best. Unfortunately I believe they take too much on and don't provide the attention to detail that I expect from a professional. They are great at demolition but I wouldn't say they are craftsman. A lot of it is on me for continuing to hire them, I am loyal and I guess crazy expecting different results but found myself disappointed time after time. If you need demo work these are the guys, You will really like them and they will give you a fair price. If you need finish work, be clear with what you expect and know they may not call you back if something ends up wrong. All the best to them.
