My home has needed windows for a long time. We must get ten or more people a summer selling windows. This year it was a gentleman from RISE on my porch when I opened the door. Being in sales my entire life, I'm a bit of a critic with the whole process. He was very laid back, said the right things and I actually signed up. Next, I met with Matt. He was to the point, no fluffy sales pitch, no high pressure, just explained the product and installation process and left us with a price for new windows. I know Simonton is a great window, the price was fair and we were impressed with the company... so we we decided to sign up! Nick kept us informed of when we could expect the windows and scheduled the installation. The crew showed up with Freddy as the crew chief. These guys worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job! We have a decorative xeriscaped yard, and they took extra precaution to ensure nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up during and after the job. A couple of the windows are in brick and required a lot of extra time to install properly. Freddy took the time and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the entire team at RISE and the experience we had. There was a small bend in one of the handles due to a shipping snafu and without hesitation they immediately ordered a new one and it was installed as soon as it came in. My advice... if you need windows or any of the products they offer... Go with RISE RENOVATION! We were EXTREMELY happy with the process from start to finish and we love our new windows!

Excellent service. The process required almost nothing of me; Rise handled nearly every aspect (including my HOA) and the installation was done quickly and smoothly. Plus, I genuinely enjoyed my interactions with every person I worked with. Also because my husband and I act like children when we're mad, we managed to rip the door away from the wall--not an easy thing to do. Through my embarrassment, I contacted Rise, and they just fixed it--considered it part of the labor warranty. I could not be more pleased with Rise. Great service, sure, but really great people.

Went well. It was like having a new house. All the neighbors commented on it. A few things were not quite right after the work was complete, and they came out right away to fix. In addition, an issue came up several months later - outside of their immediate control and Rise made it right.

It went great. The new gutters were an upgrade in quality and appearance. I am extremely happy!

Roofing went as planned, but the Solar company was a drag. I was disappointed in there lack of communication with me and it was only because of Joseph. That problem was resolved. I gladly give Joseph a high mark for his connections and following thru for me. My thanks to both Joseph and Caprice

They were amazing from start to finish from first call to installation and follow up. They were kind, understanding, professional and the quality of their products and service were top notch.

It went really well, I not needed several windows and Rise provided just what I needed, including the replacement of a 70 year old metal window. The installers were super courteous and professional and clean. When I need more windows I will call Rise

From the beginning they were wonderful to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The install was delayed, which happens. That being said the install still only took four days. The part that impressed me the most was after it was all done someone came back through and inspected every little detail and had the installer come back to fix a few things. I would never have noticed any of the items they came back to fix. That the company takes the time to REALLY inspect their own installs made a huge impression. Would definitely work with them again.

Most excellent. I had intended to replace my windows already but they stopped by at the right time. Nick was an excellent pitch man and the deal was most manageable. Install took a couple hours and the techs were professional and friendly. It's been 4 months and I can already tell they are working way better than the old ones.

Rise Renovations was excellent. They were very efficient, friendly, and so clean! Our windows look great, and we will definitely be scheduling with them when we do the rest of the windows and doors.

Rise is a great company. They were easy to work with, explained the whole process, helped with financing, and they even offer a lifetime customer discount for when we do the rest of our windows. 10 out of 10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend!!

The quality of the product is amazing. The new front doors added an elegance to my entry and overall look of my home. I usually dread having work done due to the mess and inconvenience...The Rise employees did an amazing job and left my home as they found it! Looking forward to doing windows next. We received new windows and siding from Rise Renovation and would highly recommend their services. They had excellent customer service and were easy to work with from start to finish.

The whole team at Rise were super friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. The siding was expertly replaced even with the challenges associated with my wonky older home and completed in the expected time frame. My 103 year old house looks almost new and 18 mos later, the siding still looks brand new with no more maintenance than a couple hose downs to clean it. They were also respectful of my landscaping since I don't have a driveway for the materials and cleaned up after themselves really well. They were even somehow OK with my dogs barking at them through the windows all day the whole 3 days LOL. I totally recommend their services and will use them again for any future projects that could arise.

They stayed in contact throughout and their workers were extremely polite and professional and they made sure everything was protected and cleaned when finished. Rise Renovation replaced all of our glass windows and siding doors about a year ago. From the office staff to the installers, everyone was kind and respectful. Nick and his team are great communicators and their customer service is great. We are very happy with the product. We have noticed a huge difference in the summers and winters. The house is much more comfortable and the thermostat is more steady. Would definitely hire them again and have already referred them to others.

The team came to my home and they were very respectful of our property and cleaning up after themselves. When I get the money to do my front door window package and the 4 basement windows I will be using RISE Renovation again.
