The gals who helped coordinate everything were polite, honest and always called/did exactly what they said they were going to do and the install team were absolute professionals in everything that they did. The install team cleaned up nicely and placed our existing rocks neatly around the edge of the window well. "We replaced our siding with Hardie Fiber Cement pre-painted siding. We also had the windows on the upper level replaced. Keith, the owner of GS Exterior Experts, stated the job should take about 2 weeks (10 business days) to complete. We were a little skeptical of that time frame, but lo and behold they finished a day early!! Keith was onsite for the full 9 nine days, supervising and also working alongside his crew on the house as well. They removed and disposed of the old siding, added extra insulation foamboards to the house, installed new windows on the upper level, and then installed the siding. They took care to ensure the trim and other facades of the house matched what was there previously and within our HOA guidelines. The only mishap was when they re-attach the 1-inch thick cord from the AC unit that ran along the side of the house. The cord was very loose and did not pass the house inspection when we were selling the house. We had to hire an electrician to fix. Keith graciously reimbursed us for the cost of the electrician. Overall, Keith and his crew did a great job - they were fast, efficient, polite and very professional. If we need our next home re-sided, we would consider hiring GS Exterior Experts again."
