Lawn Care - Aerate a Lawn

Serving Georgetown, CO and surrounding areas

"Patrick the owner, single handedly cleared our front yard of old shrubs, evergreens, mulch and rocks to prepare yard for next phase. He completed this job in less than weeks time, we have a very large front yard. He put in long days and worked tirelessly, was extremely dedicated, and exemplified a strong work ethic. Patrick stayed in close communication with us at all times. We look forward to working with him in the near future. Hire this company you will not be disappointed. I can’t recommend him more! Thank you Patrick!!"

"Andrew and Jake the owners of CPR show up on time and are here when they say they are going to be here. Communication is great someone is always available to answer questions and phone calls. Workmanship is over the top and I am blown away by the work that has been done. I was very skeptical due to past experiences that I had with other contractors, and they gave me assurance that good quality work is still possible. They are continuing to do work throughout our home. We will write more reviews on the other work that has been completed."

Rototilling questions, answered by experts

You can replace baseboard heaters with many other types of HVAC systems, including forced-air furnaces, hydronic heating, and heat pumps. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, so the best choice for you will depend on your budget, preferences, and the design of your house. If you aren’t sure which option is right for you, ask an HVAC pro for guidance.

Yes, many HVAC professionals offer emergency repair services for furnaces and other heating systems. These services are especially common during the winter and colder seasons when functional heating is crucial.

While it's generally safe to stay in a home with a coolant leak if your home is properly ventilated, it's important to have a professional come out to assess the situation right away. You should evacuate your home if you notice any powerful fumes. Additionally, you should leave your home if you are experiencing headaches or dizziness.

Repair costs typically range from $200 to $1,500, depending on the issue, such as leaks, burner malfunctions, or thermostat failures. Complex repairs involving heat exchanger replacement can be more expensive.

It can be difficult to determine the cause of a coolant leak unless you have the unit inspected by a certified professional. Most coolant leaks are caused by wear and tear on seals and joints. This typically happens five years after a unit is installed. Additionally, faulty or worn compressors, evaporator coils, and condenser coils can also cause leaks.
