"We had water seeping into our basement after all of the heavy rains we've had In Denver lately, and wanted to resolve it before installing new flooring. I called several places but they were either booked out months in advance for free estimates or didn't return my call. Larry called me the following morning after I left him a message and he was a wealth of information. He was very professional, and didn't charge a dime for the great advice he provided. He explained that 9.5/10 homes he's seen recently have the same issue with water in their basement (not foundation problems - which is what we thought initially) and there are several things we can do ourselves to prevent it in the future. He also provided us a referral for a hydro-caulking professional as we did notice a few cracks in our wall behind the drywall. In the future, I would definitely use RemCon!"
