An employee of this company had to come by three times, each time it was a failure due to peeling, uneven areas and just sloppy work. Had to listen to a very loud blower for 6-8 hours each time. The edges of our shower are damaged due to this blower. The fourth time the owner came by...
Everything went very smooth. The change out from our old hot tub with the new one was quick and they made it look so easy. We were afraid that we would have lawn damage etc in taking out our old tub. But, nothing. They were extremely professional and knew what they were doing.

"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."
