Most local companies want to use installation methods that are fast but not the best for your home. “Insert” installs is the most common type of installation method. It relies on a thin bead of caulking to keep water and air out of your home. For 99% of my jobs, I REFUSE to use this method. It is nothing more than a short term fix & a waste of your money due to inefficiency and ineffectiveness. My installation method involves a full frame removal. This way you are guaranteed to receive the best effectiveness and efficiency of your new investment. As well as, using special flashing tapes, spray foam insulation, and caulking to keep water and air from infiltrating and entering your home. This method is by far the best way to have your windows and doors perform at their peak. PRODUCTS: I have direct relationships with 6 different window manufacturers and 3 door manufacturers. I built my portfolio based on 2 main factors. The company’s integrity and the quality & performance of their products.
