"It was great working with Brad installing Govee outdoor permanent lights. Brad was right on schedule on the day of installation. He gave me some great ideas and it worked out well for me. He is dedicated, skillful, economical and always happy to answer my questions. I would love work with him on my next project and highly recommend him."

"Leonda gave me a full diagnosis on my drip system in my flower bed as well as the parking lawn in the front of my house. He identified the location of all of the drippers and determined that my pressure was adequate and I had enough drippers, but some of them needed lines added to direct the water to the correct position for my current planting configuration. He was able to cap three of my sprayers in the parking lawn due to excess coverage. It is a small area, but it will definitely help save water in the current drought conditions in Colorado. His pricing was very fair and reasonable and he always explained when one option was more cost effective than another. I already have plans to hire him for another project."

Exterior Lighting questions, answered by experts

Table lamps, floor lamps, chandeliers, desk lamps, and antique or decorative light fixtures that hold sentimental or aesthetic value are commonly repaired.

While wet-rated and damp-rated lighting is designed to handle contact with moisture, there’s a difference between the two. Wet-rated lighting is safety-rated to be placed in areas with direct exposure to water, including your shower. Fixtures classed as wet-rated are made with waterproof seals to protect the filament and other electrical components from water and moisture.

Damp-rated fixtures can be used in places with some moisture contact, but not direct exposure. They don’t have the same waterproof seals used in wet-rated fixtures. Damp-rated lighting can be used on your bathroom ceiling or along a wall outside of your shower.

Flickering lights, intermittent outages, or physical damage to fixtures signal immediate repair to avoid electrical hazards.

Although security lighting may not deter a determined burglar, its presence will make your property that much less enticing to would-be trespassers. When paired with other types of home security systems like alarms and surveillance cameras, strong lights will better help you and the authorities identify thieves in the instance they attempt to break in or succeed at doing so.

Professional repairs involve diagnosing issues, replacing components, rewiring, or repositioning fixtures to restore optimal performance.
