"I needed 4 deadbolts and handle sets replaced on my 60 year old doors and Kailah responded right away. She was able to come out the same day and troubleshoot the adjustments needed to make the deadbolts and handle sets work. She completed most the work that same day and was able to come out two days later to finish up after I purchased a different deadbolt for the last door that she recommended. The locks look great and we are happy with the results. We really appreciate her help. "
