"I contacted Home Advisors looking for a heating and air company near Sidney, Nebraska, who could install an evaporative cooling system in a new house. Remarkably, I was directed to JT Heat and Air in Sidney. Jason at JT took my information, including the system which I preferred, researched it, found it, and delivered a proposal to install the system -- all within one hour. And his price was WELL below the cost quoted in the Denver market. Now, I have him working on how to heat the house. I appreciate finding JT through Home Advisors, and I appreciate that JT can install my desired system at a savings. That's real service all around."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Great. I placed an online claim Monday 12/21, in a few hours they had assigned a Home Hvac . I was sent an email which stated the tech’s name (Jeremy Dillon). arrival time/ date my home 11 AM Tues 12/22, he arrived early (great), accessed the problem, went got the parts, returned fixed my broken pipes all within about 1 hr. Way to go Jeremy ????. Jeremy followed CDC guidelines (Coronavirus) masked up, social distancing."

"Bill is a nice guy, very fun to talk to, very upbeat.  I had considered making him my go-to electrician, since I have some future wiring needs to finish out a basement.
 However, after he left, I noticed my whole-house humidifer was no longer working like it had been prior to the new furnace installation (ie only coming on when the furnace runs).  To his credit, Bill came back and checked it out and together we determined he needed to install a relay to put everything back in order.  He told me twice he'd "get to it tomorrow" only to drop the ball and not return my calls.  I'm generally pretty forgiving and gave him  the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions, but anyone that I need to continually chase down and pester is probably not an appropriate choice for a regular "go-to" electrician.
I hesitated to write this review, hoping he'd get back to me, but it's been over a month, and I'm still without my humdifier at the time of year when I need it most.  The furnace is working great, but alas, no humidity.  
Hopefully Bill, you'll read this and come install my relay to get my system back to what it was.  I'd be willing to remove this review if we can get that accomplished.

"The long sales pitch went for over an hour. HVAC did not communicate well, they were clean and completed tasks. The electrician was great! The project manager did not have anyone call me back after calling twice before install. Would have went with another company had I not been dying of heat."
