Fixed clothes dryer by replacing part.

Sam called me even before I had left the HomeAdvisor website. I told him I had a Samsung dryer that was about 6 years old that had stopped heating. He said that 90% of the time that is a heating element, that he could easily get parts, and he had a slot available before the end of the week. He called about an hour before the scheduled time to tell me he had an emergency and would be running late, but that he would definitely be here. He showed up not much later than our originally scheduled time, diagnosed the problem as the heating element, replaced the part, and was done in about a half hour. The dryer has been working beautifully since. Sam is knowledgeable about his trade and provides excellent service. I would certainly hire him again and would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Sam was quick and efficient in repairing our fridge. He responded quickly to my request, did what he said he would in an efficient manner. he is a fair minded person, and someone you can trust to do the job correctly. I will recommend him to friends and family!

Dryer broke>checked on the other referral site> Sam,the owner, called back immediately and was able to come out the same day. POSITIVE,personable efficient. Obviously knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. Unlike other repairmen we have used, Sam is NOT a grumpy old fart. Really wonderful to find a person with so much skill and knowedge with a Great positive attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Sam will now be our “go to” guy whenever we need something fixed.
