Small jobs welcome

"Juan also had to resize the cabinets over the oven before he could install the microwave. The cabinets look great. He also had to redo the exhaust ductwork that is inside the cabinet. We also had some drywall work done in another room at the same time. It is really nice having someone who can do all of this so that we have one person who can do all the work and do it very well."

"We hired Steve at Cransten to assemble and install new cabinets for our kitchen and the results were amazing! His attention to detail, quality workmanship and professionalism greatly exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with Steve’s work that we immediately booked him to install additional cabinets in our dining room."

"I called these gentleman to do a small job and they did such a wonderful job I called them back again. They do excellent work they are fair in what they charge for their work and they are very pleasant. They are honest and didnâ t push to do things that werenâ t needed. "Mike is the man! He came into my restaurant, and I had a list of 10 things. I needed everything from fixing a dozen chairs and tables to moving shelving in walk-in freezers and refrigerators. He also fixed and hung light fixtures as well as a community wooden table that seats 10 and needed itâ s leg fixed. He hung multiple signs and menu boards. He was very efficient with his time and happy to give me an approximation on price before we began working together. I really enjoyed working with Mike, and Iâ m definitely going to hire him again."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Pavers are a great decking option for pools. They’re customizable, come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, textures, materials, and price points, and they’re slip-resistant. Concrete pool decks, on the other hand, are harder to repair and replace if damaged and aren’t as slip-resistant as most paver materials. However, not all pavers are equal in terms of durability, maintenance, and performance. Pavers also have their own cons that may encourage homeowners to opt for stamped concrete instead, such as higher upfront costs.

Yes, many brands make models similar to endless pools with a range of features. Some companies feature temporary aboveground pools that imitate the effect of permanent installations. Small home pool spas—or spools—as well as lap pools and pools without propulsion designs for water aerobics are also available.

Generally speaking, most municipalities require you to get a permit when you build a pool. Whether or not you need a permit to install a plunge pool will depend on your local laws. It’s always better to check with your HOA and town clerk before digging for a new pool. Otherwise, violations could result in hefty fines.

The most expensive part of building a pool is typically the excavation and labor, which can account for 25% to 50% of the total project cost. This is particularly true for inground pools that require significant excavation, potentially including the rental of large equipment, and extensive construction labor. In contrast, above-ground pools are generally less expensive as they typically do not require excavation and can be installed much more quickly. Concrete in-ground pools are among the most labor-intensive options.

Yes, a pool with a heater will lose more water. The heater warms the water, which increases the rate of evaporation. To minimize water loss from evaporation, you can install a pool cover and keep the pool covered when it is not in use.
