He clearly understood the entire process and willingly provided valuable inputs/advice that enabled a better visualization of the space. He turned the quote around in a week and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a quote to upgrade your basement. In the end we did not go with Truste Construction since the bid was outside our budget."

"Work was poorly done. Kevin had ghosted after calling several times and texting to finish the pending work. As a last recourse had to call the credit card company to claim a charge back. That got his attention and he came and still lied on face that work is complete and was not completed. Has sweared on several occasions. Ideally doesn’t deserve even single star but no option for that & he at least showed back to finish the work (after the chargeback). Initial scope of work was to install egress & an additional window, he said he can help with other general contractor work & gave him to extend some of the duct works for A/C and bathroom vents. Issues encounter, paid deposit in April, no show of windows till June end. Egress window got flooded had to drain by getting a sump pump and connecting the pipe. Air duct was never sealed and whole summer the A/C air was leaked from the new cut out they did. New vents cut out for bathroom ventilation were not sealed. Windows were not sealed after installation. Egress window cuts clearly shows light passing through the concrete cuts."
