We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."

"I really enjoyed the work by these Networking/Ethernet folks. A different provider had quoted me an $800-1000 project and said I needed Cat 6 cabling for ethernet, when really my existing Cat 5E was fine. All it took was ~$100 and one hour for parts and labor and I now have ethernet ports in every room that support Gigabit speed. Thanks again! Couldn't be happier with this."

"Working with Rush security has been highly disappointing and mediocre at best. We had multiple missed appointments with their technician until I put my foot down and said I'd cancel service if they did not show up. He started to show up after that, but just for a couple days and in my opinion still did subpar work. At first, the alarm system would not register away, only "stay". Then the doorbell camera was constantly ringing even when no one was there. The motion detector also does not work. Next, we paid $400 for equipment and a $75 monthly monitoring. I wish I would just gone with Ring because they are cheaper but I wanted to support local. When we asked to cancel we were told we'd have to pay a 1400 cancellation fee to recoup the loss of having an electrician come out and for the 'low' $75 monitoring and to buyout the contract. Initially, we were told they offered no contract service, which was the only reason we went with them. I did the math and that 1400 fee would total out to about 1.5 years of subpar service. No thanks. We took the loss but you do not have to, go with someone else or just install your own alarm"

The electrician originally scheduled the work for Sunday, June 8, but canceled late that afternoon. He rescheduled for Monday, completed the breaker replacement, and was professional during the visit. However, the breaker tripped again later that night. I contacted him Tuesday morning, and he agreed to return under the original service call. We scheduled a follow-up for Saturday morning between 9:30 and 11:30 AM, and he sent two confirmation emails. We drove up from Denver specifically for this appointment. Due to a traffic delay at the Eisenhower Tunnel, I texted him to let him know we were running about 10 minutes late. He responded that he was in the same traffic delay, which confirmed that we were still on track to meet. We arrived and waited at our house — but he never showed up. Despite multiple text messages and two voicemails, I received no further communication. This was a complete waste of our time and a highly unprofessional experience. The fact that he acknowledged the delay but then disappeared without explanation or follow-up makes it worse. Based on this, I would not recommend this contractor to others."
