He did a great job, and the total amount came in under the estimated price even though I slightly changed the initial design. I'm very happy with his work. We had water damage in a tight mechanical area and general area of the garage. Rubi had to move cabinets, replace insulation, cut odd drywall pieces, mud, sand, paint.
