No attention to detail. Couldn't even set the fence or gate in a straight line. Our gate (another thing we paid extra for!) is shaped like a Z. Not figuratively. Literally. We tried to raise issues immediately: structural concerns, warped lumber, gaps and uneven boards, and sloppy nails sticking out. When we finally met in person, Chris admitted that many parts of the job weren't up to his standards, and that our satisfaction was important to him.
