Everything was inspected after the installation to ensure the new gutters would work properly. All areas around the house were cleaned up thoroughly before they left. "They were supposed to take the slate that I already had and flip it over. We argued about that and I just got tired of arguing with her. It's like she does what she wants to do. She did not do the job nicely and no attention to detail. And they took all my molts and they did not bring it back and they brought some garbage instead. I even called her to made if specific. With the concrete, I don't have any complaint for that, they did a great job, but with the slate, they were not painting the slate correctly. That's a wrong color and they were messy and yellow stands out. She brought me yellow instead of brown. It was supposed to be brown not yellow but she bring me yellow. I ended up painting it myself. And I just got tired of arguing with her. She did give me $150 as a refund because I was going to paint it myself. She brought me flowers and the plants were dying. She brought six plants and two of them were dying and I did not made that attention. She brought me two more of the same time which were wrong to begin with. I didn't know how to fix it. So, I used the app and they told me they were sick. I'm still working with them. But the last two were dying too and I was not going to go through it."
