Everything went great from first contact to completion of the job. They scheduled a free estimate within a few days of my call, and Jeremy took the time to understand my exact and specific needs. His estimate was very reasonable. The work was done just a couple of weeks later, and looks great! The crew was polite, very neat, and conscientious about cleaning up after they were done. I am one thoroughly satisfied customer.

Ryan and Martin were both extremely professional and cooperative. Ryan arranged for a color consultant to help us decide on a color scheme, which was most helpful. Martin was in charge of the actual work being performed and did an excellent job. He was flexible with last minute changes that I requested and very meticulous in seeing that the result was exactly as I had requested. The resulting quality was superb.

We loved them. I know they got best in Colorado Springs recently. What's nice is, my husband is a disabled vet, and they gave us a disability discount. And when they accidentally used the wrong paint, because we paid for a slightly higher mind paint, they had put two coats on of the original, and then when I said something I realized "ok, we had a problem, they used the wrong paint." And they came out and painted again with the right paint, and we never got charged a cent. They were really nice about it, and they didn't argue with us, because they just checked their notes realized they made a mistake, apologized, and fixed it. They cleaned the house, and started prep work. It took them about a day and a half to do. And then they took a whole day painting the body. And that was with two full coats. And they made sure it dried in between before they put a new coat on. And we're talking 5 or 6 guys. And then they came back and did trim and that took them all day. Very detailed on what they did. They didn't just hurry through and get a full coat of paint done and do it as quickly as possible. They did a really good job.

Alyssa consistently displayed quality customer service, answering numerous scheduling and sample questions along with other topics, promptly returning phone messages left and responsive to multiple requests, including schedule delay adjustments while choosing colors and again due to an out-of-town travel conflict. J J demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He explained the timeline process thoroughly, was very flexible with the schedule, fulfilled multiple requested changes on short notice, and made sure I felt comfortable before painting occurred due to multiple delays from the unusually heavy June thunderstorm rains impacting siding dryness. Was impressed he was willing to delay multiple times and did not rush to complete the painting just to get paid before moving on to the next customer. He left numerous voice messages on power wash/painting/touch up appointments and schedule updates. After the team painted the house, J J allowed plenty of time to inspect their work and said to take note of any missed spots they would fix. They came back to touch up multiple locations such as under the lips of the boards, and once again after additional touch ups were requested, and finished the job by covering all locations noted on the touch up list. J J didn't apply any pressure to quickly make payment after job completion (the complete opposite response of O'Leary & Sons after they completed a poor deck refinishing job including O'Leary's workers stomping all over bushes severely damaging them). Only anxiety was with the initial price quoted being higher than expected. Very satisfied with the personnel involved as well as the painting job quality. Would use AMC Painting again for future painting needs.

AMC Painting painted the exterior and interior of our home. Starting with Jean who helped us pick the perfect color combinations. Our home turned out beautiful! The exterior crew worked non-stop prepping and repairing our home’s exterior. They were attentive to our wishes and quickly responded to every request. Besides the high-quality painting, they also repaired and re-stained our desk. It looks brand new! The interior crew performed with the same integrity and high-quality as the exterior crew. They painted all of our interior including the tired old wood stained trim and doors. Our home feels so modern and fresh. It is truly beautiful! They even put a fresh new coat of paint on our wood stove! We can’t say enough about JJ and his crew. We were very impressed with their customer first attitude. Communication was excellent from the start to the final walk through and touch-ups. We could not be happier with our project and highly recommend AMC Painting.

The exterior of my 10 year old home needed to be repainted since the builder-grade paint initially put on the house had faded from a slate gray to a horrible looking lavender color. From the initial scheduling of the estimate through the entire job AND follow-up afterwards, I just cannot say enough good things about my experience. JJ was my estimator, the project manager of my job, checked all the final work, and did all of the warranty, etc. follow-up with me. He was so easy to work with and did an excellent job. Also, the crew that worked on my home was not only super nice and polite to work with, but had incredible attention to detail while completing the work in less than 2 days. Also, any time I called the office, the office manager was so nice and easy to work with. I would give them an A+++ if possible.

Bottom line: Very competitive price. EXCEPTIONAL work. Very easy to work with both project lead and the crew- all very professional. An A+ experience all around. The extra benefit of having their recommended interior design specialist made the experience that much better- we never knew the complexities of colors :-). We are receiving many complements from friends and family- and they are asking who did the work for their future projects. Will most definitely contact again when it is time to repaint the exterior of the house.

I was very satisfied with J.J. Cordova's interactions. He sincerely tried to make everything right. With regard to the actual painting, I had 2 issues. J.J. told me that they would make sure to open the interior windows before they painted them to insure that they weren't painted shut. They did not do this and after painting them shut, I couldn't open them. They did come over twice to try to make it right, and did improve the ease of opening these windows, but they never were returned to their pre-painting ease of opening. The second issue has to do with returning the property to its pre-painting (exterior) condition. The work crew knocked over yard lights and did not put them back up, and they had to pull back landscaping bark and plastic sheeting against the house to paint behind them (slightly below grade). They did not come back after the paint had dried to put back the sheeting and bark. However, to their credit, they did removed two birdsnests from beneath the eaves before painting, and returned them. They were empty at the time, but I'm happy to say that a family of robins currently lives in one of them. While the interior painting crew showed up when they promised, the exterior crew did not. All in all, with the exception of the painted shut windows and not returning to put the yard (back together again), I was happy with their color consultant and the quality of the paint jobs. I paid $2,450 for the interior and $4,550 for the exterior (1,000 square foot house and garage).

Excellent service and performance. Either arrived on time or called to let us know when running slightly late, which was fine. Took the time to walk around to see what we wanted and left info materials, including a timeline of the process and list of homes to drive by to see their previous jobs. Sent a color coordinator out to help select colors - wonderful help and good eye (ask for Jean). Obviously weather dependent, but front office (Alyssa) called a few days ahead to let us know when they had us scheduled. Good prep work and excellent painting (David and crew) - gave us a few days to look over job, then JJ walked around house with us again and had crew back for very minor touchups. House looks great - would definitely hire again.

Andres is very communicative and easy to contact to negotiate time, contract details, etc.
He is very good to work with and work was performed exactly as we had agreed on.
He is professional and he and his  crew work diligently to get the job done well and speedily.

Ryan and painters arrived on time.  We asked questions and got answers about details and clarified which colors where.  Friendly, responsive painters got to work.  They finished mid-afternoon on 2nd day.  Their cleanup was good with no accidents.  (We had made their job a bit easier by having carpet pulled up and baseboards removed for other work we were planning.)  Ryan encouraged us to take a couple days after work was finished to be sure all was completed to our satisfaction before paying.

They cleaned up after themselves each day and did a great job. We are very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, we already recommended them to a neighbor who is hiring them for some interior painting, too.

Original phone contact with Alyssa was great.  She answered all my questions and then some. Set up appointment with their estimator,  Ryan Czajkowski.  He showed up on time.  We walked along the exterior of my home and he made notes about my concerns.  He submitted an offer to me prior to leaving. A week or so later, after comparing offers from several other contractors,  I came to an agreement of terms with Ryan. He came by our house and applied samples of the colors we selected.  The crew showed up on time every day, were respectful and easy to work with, and cleaned up at the end of each work day.  I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

The firm is very responsive and professional including JJ, Alyssa, the two man crew lead by Alberto, and finishing by door specialist Dave.  JJ communicated well keeping us informed on timing and the process.  After the initial one day of power wash, the job was complete in two days minus doors which followed.  They cleaned up well, were unobtrusive, and concluded with a nicely finished house.

This company is amazing. I have used them for several projects now because I know that I will get quality work at a fair price. I had three other bids this time, theirs was by far the lowest. They got caught by the weather on a job before mine, so they were not able to come on the date they had scheduled, but let me know promptly that they needed to reschedule. The crew did a great job and were in and out in 2 days. I strongly suggest you give this company a chance to bid your job. You won't be disappointed.

I gave them my garage code, they came in through the back and they did an awesome job. After the hail last year, they came back and fixed up everything, free of charge. They had very good pricing too.

Our initial contact with AMC was with Alyssa.  She was extremely pleasant and helpful.  We scheduled a time for JJ to come to the house and  determine exactly what we wanted.  We discussed our needs, what AMC would do, paint options and price for the job. JJ also let us know that they had a free color consultant (Jayme) if we wanted to use her.  We asked to talk with Jayme and she assisted picking out colors for our home. JJ came and painted the planned colors on the side of our home to see if we liked them and when we didn't, Jayme & JJ tried different colors until we got the ones that were just right. Outstanding support!
On Day 1, "Berto" and his assistant showed up to power wash the house to give a clean surface & remove any old, blistered paint to get a good surface.  The next day they showed up and began caulking, priming, hammering/screwing in nails and covering the windows with plastic to have all surfaces ready to paint.  We had chosen their best paint and they applied it liberally covering all surfaces completely - covering the boards and under the lips of the boards - something the previous paint company (who shall remain nameless) had failed to do.  We also had a new steel door installed prior to the painting and we had them paint the door.  It looks perfect and we're very happy with that.  As part of the contract, they also agreed to paint our four rockers that we had on our front porch.  The rockers initially had high gloss paint on them so they roughed them up and applied a new coat of paint to match our house trim - great job!  After the job was completed, we walked around with Berto to see if we saw anything that didn't look right.  They fixed the couple of things that we noticed and didn't leave until we were satisfied.  We talked with Alyssa to see how they wanted to get paid and she told us to check out the house for a few days and they would come out and collect payment after we did the walk around with JJ.  He took pictures of the house so he had before and after pictures.  Overall, we were thrilled with the experience with JJ, Alyssa, Jayme, Berto and AMC painting.  I can't give a higher recommendation to use this company - they delivered what they said they were going to deliver!

The entire process was outstanding.  Jason was on time for the initial appointment and estimate.  He explained what the crew would do and the timeline.  He was spot on with the timeline.  The crew replaced some facial board on the patio as part of the preparation process.  Prior to the preparation, I took notes of some areas to see how they would prep those areas.  They did an outstanding job.  The crew worked in a steady flow and was very neat.  They did a really good job of leaving the work area cleaned and orderly each day.  The entire crew were very polite and skilled in their performance.  The receptionist for the company was very polite and customer service was at the top of her list.  I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners.  Through the entire process I felt like AMC valued my business and treated me with superior customer service.  They did everything they said they would do.  The entire house looks great!  Their estimate was right on with other competitors.  They also honored my coupon from Angie's List.  They spent two hours on a Monday pressure washing the house.  On Tuesday they spent a full day with prepping the house and did the main painting of the house.  On Wednesday they spent a half a day doing the trim and final touch up.  We are very happy with the end result.

JJ was the first person I met from AMC.  He arrived at the time we agreed to and was courteous and knowledgeable about painting.  He went over the estimate and accepted the Angie's list coupon I gave him.  His offer was very competitive with other painters in the area, so I accepted the AMC offer.  I was then contacted by Alyssa who arranged the date and time the painters would arrive.  Alyssa was also professional and helpful.
The painting processed was a pressure wash on the first day.  Preparation was done the second day (scrapping loose/chipping paint, hammering loose nails, and caulking previously caulked areas).  And finally the painting of the house.  Alberto was the lead for the job and did a great job.  He tried be as unintrusive as possible and succeeded.  
JJ then came by and checked the work done.  He asked me if I had any concerns.
I am very happy with the job done and would recommend AMC.
