"Our experience with D&D remodeling was fantastic. If you are trying to find a company with integrity, consideration, professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail who will make your house renovations become a reality that exceed your expectations, look no further. We hired them to help us with a main floor remodel which included combining two rooms into one for a larger kitchen, build a pantry from scratch with antique doors, close in windows and repair the exterior of the home, update our half bath, install a sink in our basement bar and change out all of the flooring on our main floor. I vetted 4 different companies before choosing D&D. From the very beginning, Dylan was transparent and had attention to detail when scoping the project. He was patient, able to explain details and help me understand what we were looking at above and beyond what anyone else who we were talking to could. When the paint started to crack in a couple places, he immediately came back and refinished the area until it was perfect. Emilio is also very responsive via text and takes pride in his work. "Colorado Custom Basements did an amazing job for us in our whole house renovation. Our project began at about the time that the lockdowns due to Covid began. They did a great job of scheduling and working under the state mandated restrictions that were in place and were able to come close to staying on time. This was very surprising given some the delays were beyond their control."

"We hired Galto Residential Contracting to remove the popcorn ceiling from the entire first floor of our house, plus the second floor stairway and hallway areas. I was given a competitive bid (one of four bids received) and we scheduled to work. Andy Galto and his crew arrived as scheduled, and completed to project in a workman like fashion on a timely basis. Popcorn ceiling removal is inherently messy. The real issue is in prepping the ceiling drywall for a smooth finish. The contractor worked with us to get the smooth white finish we wanted, done to our satisfaction. The premises were cleaned up at the conclusion of the project, though we still had to deal with some of the drywall dust generated though the smooth sanding of the new ceiling. Overall, we are very pleased with the work done, and at a fair price."
