I can’t say enough good things about my experience with D&D remodeling. From start to finish the remodel was smooth. They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. The crew showed up to the worksite on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. During the design process, Dylan found ways to maximize the limited space available and as a result he created a functional and beautiful master bathroom for me. I hired D&D to remodel two bathrooms and a few other rooms. The estimate/cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The whole process was incredibly seamless from start to finish. Dylan took my rough vision, fine-tuned it, and turned out exactly what I wanted! The whole crew took the stress out of every step of the project - something I REALLY appreciated. Dylan was incredibly responsive during the whole project as we worked out last minute details and changes, and the crew showed up on-time every single day (unless communicated otherwise), worked diligently all day, and at the end of the day, cleaned up and took progress photos for the online client portal. I seriously couldn't have had a better experience! I have other projects around the house and will definitely be using D&D again!

After having a few bids, we decided to go with D&D Remodeling. This was for multiple reasons. At his initial visit, it was clear that Dylan listened to us; our ideas, concerns and financial parameters. He was able to share ideas we had not even considered and gave us confidence in moving forward with our primary bathroom and closet extension remodel. Dylan maintained consistent communication with us via email and phone calls as we waited several months for our project to begin. Details were discussed and reviewed to ensure our understanding and agreement each step of the way. Austin and Lex were the crew completing the actual remodel. From the moment they entered are home, they were polite and respectful to us and our space. They provided excellent craftsmanship and ensured all work materials were organized and clean at the end of each work day. Austin, as lead, completed the day-to-day communications as needed. We trusted these men in our home. We love our new bathroom!

Seeing the results of our newly renovated kitchen and realizing it was everything we had hoped for is an extraordinary feeling. Every choice we made, to every dollar we spent, and the kitchen remodeling process we lived through were well worth it. D and D Remodeling / Dylan Shaffer and his team did an outstanding job. Our goal for our kitchen was to update the appliances, the counter tops, backsplash, and the lighting. We left the existing cabinets in place. As we reached the point where we had to make selections, Dylan was a life saver! He patiently coaxed out our thoughts and preferences on everything from counter tops, tile to cabinet handles. We ended up with a design that we absolutely love. Dylan was always there to listen and help with making sure we were happy with the results. Timing was perfect, they started when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. Material was on the jobsite before they started and there were no delays. We could not be happier with our kitchen; the finishes and products are beautiful, and the project came out fantastic.

They redid our basement and were outstanding! They were communicative, posting photos daily of the work that was accomplished, stayed on time, and did amazing work! All their workers are trustworthy- we have two young kids so trust was a necessity! I couldnâ t recommend them enough- we love the space they transformed for us! Absolutely top of the line remodeling by D&D! They are professional, hiqh quality, responsive and positive! Dylan ran our kitchen remodel a year after doing our bathroom. After our bathroom, there was never a second thought as to who we wanted to do our kitchen. He did the design and really heard us on what our vision was. The crew showed up EVERY day 8-5 with only one exception (with notice!) when they were volunteering for Habit for Humanity. This business is exceptional. We would recommend 100%.

I couldn't recommend D&D Remodeling more. It is incredible that every part of the process was smooth and without stress/surprise (I feel like that is a rarity with home remodels/projects!!). For me, the biggest stressors for any project are timeline, cost, and quality. D&D Remodeling communicated those first two pieces very clearly and, at the end of the project, both the timeline was exactly as expected, as well as the total cost. However, the quality of the project honestly went above and beyond. I love the way our bathroom turned out and my biggest regret is that we didn't do it sooner! Overall, we had a great experience with D&D and would definitely use their services again in the future.

We would highly recommend D and D Remodeling who remodeled our bathroom in summer 2022. It was our first significant experience with a contractor performing interior remodeling. We needed and really appreciated their guidance on overall design, materials, and the numerous decisions that even an average size bathroom requires. We received bids from 4 recommended contractors, and D & D stood out for their experience, professionalism, and design recommendations. Their bid price was slightly higher than the other 3 , but based on our friendsâ general mixed experience with contractors, we feel you get what you pay for. We would consider ourselves â higher maintenanceâ customers given our attention to detail and careful consideration for all the materials in the project. Dylan Shaffer has a similar attention to detail and was very patient with our many questions. A common complaint about contractors is they get to 90% completion and it is often very difficult to get a scheduled commitment to completely finish a project. That was never an issue with D&D as they followed through on all their final activity when they said they would do it. D&D did a great job explaining the work steps involved, expected completion, what decisions were needed from us to keep the project on track, being flexible when we changed the bathroom vanity mid project, and explaining the scheduling options to accommodate this change. They were very quick with response to our questions, and gave us appreciated frequent and gentle reminders that our decisions were needed to keep the project on schedule. They had a couple crews (inc. Austin & Angelo) working on different portions of the demolition, wiring, flooring, etc. They were all very professional, punctual, courteous, tidy, open to questions, and forthcoming with describing the daily activities. The owners were in close contact with the crews and would check in on the progress regularly. We hope to have them for other future projects in our home.

They did a complete remodel of my basement and did a fantastic job! It turned out better than I could have imagined, and they were so helpful every step of the way from design ideas and bouncing ideas off of to answering any questions I had. Just had our master bathroom remodeled by D & D Remodeling. I could not be happier with the results. Dylan was very helpful in picking out all the materials. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the new layout. We had Austin as our project manager and his work was outstanding and his craftsmanship is incredible, and his suggestions on the finishing design touches were wonderful. Our experience with D&D remodeling was fantastic. If you are trying to find a company with integrity, consideration, professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail who will make your house renovations become a reality that exceed your expectations, look no further. We hired them to help us with a main floor remodel which included combining two rooms into one for a larger kitchen, build a pantry from scratch with antique doors, close in windows and repair the exterior of the home, update our half bath, install a sink in our basement bar and change out all of the flooring on our main floor. I vetted 4 different companies before choosing D&D. From the very beginning, Dylan was transparent and had attention to detail when scoping the project. He was patient, able to explain details and help me understand what we were looking at above and beyond what anyone else who we were talking to could. I was incredibly impressed with their entire team from the day we signed the contract. They got to work right away on bringing our ideas to life and providing options and insight on how to execute it. Dylan took care of ordering everything and ensuring the delivery of materials in a timely manner, which made everything run so smoothly. Once construction started, we found that every member of their team was professional, punctual and extremely considerate. I thought they were very creative in designing my bathroom. Came up with ideas for changing positioning. I also was impressed that they did all of the work themselves and didn't rely on other trades. You have a foreman for the job and a crew of 2-3 folks. They are good at what they do and keep your house as clean as possible. My bathroom is spectacular, and I couldn't be happier. I have had some neighbors over to look at it and they thought it was beautiful.
