Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"

We offer bathroom remodels, which ranges from full remodels to tub and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, safe showers, and more. We are local families serving local families. "These people did a good job on the sales side. However, I have had a few problems since the installation. They have been very frustrating to deal with on the service side. I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention."

"1. new tub cracked 2. new tub chipped 3. new tile cracked 4 new shower doors install incorrect 3 times 5. used hand saw to cut tiles not a wet saw. all tile edges are chipped on floor and wall 5. no final walk through. 6 I hired a PM to go over their work. Lied to my PM about work to be completed. 7. Paid $2800.00 in Dec 2024 to start project. Final communication was 5.58.2025. After request payment was completed. 6. I purchased the floor and wall tile. They claim they paid for it. I have the reciepts and they do not. I installed the vanity not S&R, they state they installed the vanity and charge me for it. 7. No communication when workers should up at various time in the last two months to "do" work. 8. Bathroom is a total of 79 square feet and is the only bathroom in the home. took almost 5 months from start to finish. 9. Porta Potty was delivered in the driveway. had to help move it away from the garage door to get my vehicle out. 10. hired a contractor to sum up the current work."
