We are a family owned and operated business located in Denver, CO. Projects come in all shapes, sizes, and levels of complexity. Whether a simple installation or a coordinated effort among trades, it is critical to get the details exactly right not only to ensure projects stay on schedule but stay true to the intended vision. DALYTE staff is composed of multi-disciplinary design and construction professionals to make that vision come to life.
"Ordered Mid-March, received damaged/late/incomplete July 5. Still no resolution as of July 26. For $2,750, the business has effectively told me to clean up the mess they created on my own. This was an order for (2) skylights, (1) installation kit, and freight, all to be completed in 12 weeks. They shipped after 16 and order was received (damaged and incomplete) after 18, fault of Dalyte USA. The freight shipment was botched by fault of the vendor and delivered 1500 miles away in Malibu. The installation kit was never put into the shipment. The larger of the 2 skylights was received damaged (unusable) due to extremely poor packaging, and the vendor is making no attempt to insure this through the shipper, or take responsibility for the shoddy crate. Additionally, the company has refused return, replacement, refund, or any feasible method of resolution whatsoever. Basically told me to p*** off and fix it myself. Between 2 skylights, install kit, and freight: 3 out of 4 items were completely mishandled by the vendor, Dalyte USA."

I'm a roofer with 6+ years of experience. I do not take short cuts and you will be proud to have a roof when I roof it. I've never had a leak and I take pride in the way my roofs look. If it's not to my standard, sharp, straight and the best looking roof in the neighborhood, than I am not finished. I am knowledgeable in 7 different roofing systems from shingles, metal to TPO and flat roofing. I take pride in my work and you will not recieve any work from me that is not quality work. I do not hire employees to roof for me unless they have the same mindset. If anybody is on your roof from my company you can have the confidence it is being done correctly and your roof is being redeemed.
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kurtis took our deposit and over 6 months later has never done any work. He is nearly impossible to get ahold of and when you do, it’s just excuses. He would promise us that he'd be showing up Monday to start work and then Monday would come, he wouldn't show up, and we had to call and text multiple times to get him to even give an excuse. He finally wrote us a refund check for our deposit but the check bounced and now we can’t get ahold of him to get our funds that we are owed. We filed complaints with him the BBB and the Colorado attorney general and he has ignored both. We are pursuing legal remedies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kurtis took our deposit and over 6 months later has never done any work. He is nearly impossible to get ahold of and when you do, it’s just excuses.
