"FOUNDER'S RENOVATIONS -- A FAIR PRICE FOR EXCELLENT WORK I contracted with Founder's Renovations to finish the two unfinished walls of my third garage bay, where I had recently installed a golf simulator. The job included insulation, drywall, new electrical lines, and installing a mini split heat pump. The owner, Thomas Williams, was professional, efficient, and friendly. He listened to me, made suggestions, and after we agreed on a plan, he delivered excellent work in a timely fashion. The proposal was fair, invoices were detailed, and there were no surprises at the end. Thomas communicated clearly throughout and it was a genuine pleasure to work with him. In short, I highly recommend Founder's Renovations and Thomas Williams."

"Trevor was great to work with and did an excellent job. We had a hole in our wall from finding a leak. Trevor came in, gave us 2 estimates on what we asked. We went with the bigger job and couldn't have asked for a better result. I enjoy using local when I can and with Trevor being a fellow Veteran on top of it I was more than happy to give him my business."

"Julian made my backsplash vision come to life! I couldn’t happier with the results. He is professional, courteous, extremely attentive to detail, and truly a master of his craft. Thanks again, Julian!"
