They are a father and son team, very knowledgeable and professional. The circuit board of the hot tub needed to be repaired or replaced, and they took it away to be serviced that same day. Yesterday, (Sunday!), the son showed up and installed the repaired unit. Everything works well now, problem solved. It cost a little more than I anticipated, (what doesn't), but certainly worth it to have the hot tub fixed.
