"Brian, Pedro, and Jesus from Road Runner Moving did a great job today! I had some very heavy and expensive furniture that they carefully wrapped and moved with no damage to the furniture or either house. They were cheerful and professional. "So I hired these folks to help me unload a self-move U-Haul. I did help extensively with the unloading. I also moved six times in 10 years. While the workers were extremely nice, they did not arrive with basic moving gear: gloves, sliding pads, or hoist straps. They caused more damage than I'm comfortable with for a move. Furthermore, mid-transaction, the payment method changed, and the phone number became obsolete. I had concerns on the operational side."
