As well as experts in their field Chris and John are just plain nice guys. Their suggestion were thoughtful and really cool. No extension cords, outlet all around up above workbench level. A neat functioning shop with a fun industrial ambiance for a very reasonable sum. They made the whole experience a pleasure"
