Calls were consistently unanswered, voicemails not responded to. It felt like once they had our money, we were lowest of their priorities. When the team was doing the work, we had to message the project manager constantly to ask when we could step on the floors, timing, etc. and it felt like a lot more work from our side than it should have. When they finally finished their work, they left the trash in our driveway for 12 days with daily promises that it was being taken away. Super frustrating.
