"Five stars! They went beyond the call. I needed movers, on call, asap! My kids relocated from Midwest to CA, and they didn’t book movers. The U-Haul breaking down, two days in CO. Tom worked with me. Once my child was within a two hour reach, I was able to contact Tom, booked three men. Movers and kids arrived the same time! Those men jumped into gear and completed unloading before three hour, moving on the second floor! Awesome, awesome job! I called and not one company was available . "My name is Lorraine, and I received a quote of $14,000 from a broker. The broker verified my inventory multiple times before the scheduled pickup, and it was accurate. However, the broker subcontracted the move to Presto Logistics, a company I was unfamiliar with at the time. I had engaged the broker, not Presto, and was unaware that they were acting as a broker themselves, which led to my surprise when a different company arrived. This situation quickly escalated when Presto Logistics increased my costs from $14,000 to nearly $30,000. They have not provided any documentation to justify this significant price hike, and they continue to refuse my requests for such paperwork. Consequently, I am left with no option but to file a complaint with the Department of Transportation to obtain the necessary documentation. Additionally, I have numerous damaged items, and without the required paperwork, I cannot file an insurance claim!"

"Luis was hired to move my piano. What a fiasco. First, it was rescheduled the day before. Next, it wasn't Luis who came to move my piano. It was two guys that he hired on Craigslist. They said he has hired them for other jobs before. They did not have an enclosed truck but had borrowed grandpa's truck. No ramp, no tarp (it was raining). They went to the store to get a tarp. Gone more than an hour. Came back and couldn't figure how to get piano down the steps and then into the back of the truck. My 70 year old sister was out in the rain helping them and instructing them on how to maneuver down the steps and lift it up. THEY HAD NEVER MOVED A PIANO DOWN STEPS BEFORE, although the job description clearly mentioned steps. It was a 3-hour process. Then, it took them another 3 hours to get to the destination. The good news is, the piano made it there. But I would never recommend hiring this person. Not a professional. I did send him a message with my concerns and he did not respond. "
