It was prep work for a listing to be put on the market for sale post a tenant move out. So painting, microwave put in fixtures of door handles face plates, just a checklist of a number of items. It was wonderful working with Mike. He was kind he was polite. He was on time gave an estimate stay to it. It was very detailed when certain things came up certain plumbing issues sent me pictures and gave me descriptive information. "Luke does great work. I challenged him for a project our HOA had on our wooden entry gates. A unique job for sure that required using a handheld power saw in a tight environment. He was very astute and took great pride in making sure the work was done right. Not sure of anyone else that would have done the same. Then hired him to wash the staining off my stucco and paint my shutters. Again, same pride in the work done. He will go above and beyond to make sure that not only are you happy, but he can be proud of the work he left behind. That is hard to find these days!"
