"it was not a remodel, but there was no other option for me to choose. The work that was done was miscellaneous in nature. It was prep work for a listing to be put on the market for sale post a tenant move out. So painting, microwave put in fixtures of door handles face plates, just a checklist of a number of items. It was wonderful working with Mike. He was kind he was polite. He was on time gave an estimate stay to it. It was very detailed when certain things came up certain plumbing issues sent me pictures and gave me descriptive information. Will definitely be working with him again and a very enjoyable experience."

"We hired Sylvain and Marquis Assoc. To build a separate and detached Granny Flat on our property. He and his team built a 1200 sq. ft fully functioning 3 bedroom 2 full baths HOME. From start to finish Sylvain was personally involved and extremely professional. He and his team were on the job site on time everyday early to dusk. They worked hard and fast. Every night the job site was left clean. As soon as the city approved the plans, we were building the next day. It was incredible how efficient the guys were in building, total build time was less than 3 months. Craftsmanship was top-notch, and we feel we truly built a great house. He was focused on making sure we chose all of our counters/ cabinets/ doors/ windows/ molding/ everything that we wanted and stayed on budget. All done, Sylvain did not go over budget. His estimates were right on to what final costs came out to be. He kept us updated constantly regarding budget and where we stood in the process. We had changes along the way, and he treated all problems with calmness and found solutions to all issues. He is well seasoned and we trusted him completely. Our house is incredible, we are so happy. I also feel I need to mention how much our neighbors love the new house. They walked by during their daily walks every day during construction. Now they are stopping us outside and ringing our door for Sylvain s contact info now that he is finished with the project. We even have cars slowing down in front of the house to take a good look. "I had just moved into a new house and needed an entertainment center built into a niche in my living room. Through lots of research I found Paul from McClintock Cabinet. Paul came highly recommended on Angie's List (unfortunately, not Yelp reviews so fixing that now) so I reached out. Paul was on vacation but still corresponded with me through email. Sent pictures of what I had at my current home and some drawings of what I thought would work well in my new home and Paul corresponded his thoughts and some rough estimates. Communication throughout the entire experience was excellent! When Paul was back in town we made arrangements to meet at the new house just before escrow closed. Paul measured everything about 10 times (mark it twice - cut it one) and took a lot of notes. Paul also made it a point to document the design of the kitten cabinets so he could match the doors and drawers on the entertainment center as closely as possible. We sat down and finalized a design and I provided a down payment and off Paul went to build my new entertainment center. Paul expected that it would take about 5 weeks to build and he delivered within the timeframe promised. On installation day Paul arrived on time with he team and went to work installing the unit. Paul's team was extremely cautious about not damaging anything in the home. Lots of tarps and blanket we laid down. More measurements where taken for light switches and outlets and last minuet adjustments were made. About 4 hours later may new entertainment center had been installed and it was awesome. The doors and drawers matched the kitchen cabinets perfectly. Not close... A perfect match. The finish was amazing and color was also a perfect match to everything else in the house. The unit matched the design and accommodated all the components just right. Paul and his team then helped to mount the TV, which was an unexpected bonus and then cleaned up and left me wire and connect all of the equipment. Paul did a great job and I can't recommend him enough for any household cabinetry."
