"Armando was on-time and very professional. He did a great job removing the rock and cement from my front yard. Not only was he extremely efficient, but he’s a very nice guy. I’ll hire him again if needed. Thank you, Armando!"

Small jobs welcome

I own and operate a dumpster rental service that currently provides 17 Yard Dumpsters, and will soon provide 40 Yard Dumpsters and 10 Yard Dumpsters (lowboys) by the end of 2025. I also offer junk removal for property clean outs if you'd like us to handle the labor. Tree removal is another included service we offer.\n\nThis business was created in order to help a non-profit organization (Water Drop LA). A portion of all proceeds go towards helping the organization continue its operation.

"He worked 4 hours clearing yard of dried plants on ground, worked diligently and did a good job except for accidentally shearing off my Heather which will regrow. The price was quite high considering he is unlicensed and what it came out to hourly is more than an engineer makes, but I did need it done immediately and he worked alone very quickly so I got what I paid for under the circumstances."

"This was an usual project. It was redoing a mini bar. Hard to find a contractor that would do it or had the time. Homepro was great lead by project manager Shir Hadad. Jumped right in there and took it on and got the job done. Really appreciate their professionalism."

"They did a phenomenal job! They got here on time and got right to work. My living room and kitchen were overflowing with boxes, plus I had an old dresser I needed to get rid of. In just 2 hours, they cleared out everything. I was hyperventilating a bit and stress sweating and they even took time to calm me down and reassure me that they would get the job done. And they kept their word. They did such a good job that I paid them more than I was quoted. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

No, you can’t place hazardous waste in a dumpster unless you specifically ordered a dumpster for hazardous waste removal. If the dumpster company finds hazardous waste that it didn’t approve for dumping, the company will return the waste to you, and you’ll likely face a fine for illegal dumping.

Professional lead-paint abatement companies use a variety of methods to remove lead-based paint, depending on each particular situation. Some of the most common methods include:

  • Total removal: $8–$17 per square foot

  • Demolition and replacement: $1,000–$15,000 per project

  • Encapsulation: $4 per square foot

  • Enclosure: $10 per square foot

  • Chemical stripping: $10–$17 per square foot

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.

If lead is detected in a property, steps should include arranging for professional removal or containment, notifying all occupants, and implementing interim safety measures to reduce exposure.

While the EPA provides guidelines for homeowners to perform DIY lead paint removal, it is a risky process and generally not recommended due to serious health risks and strict regulatory requirements. The process requires precise safety precautions, such as wearing a respirator and protective eyeglasses, creating sealed exits, and using a HEPA vacuum for cleanup. To ensure the job is done safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulations, it is highly recommended to hire a professional lead abatement company. Certified professionals have the necessary training, experience, and specialized equipment (like chemical strippers and HEPA vacuums) to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely.
