At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. The only thing in regards to the solar system project management in couple cases it was hard to get updates right away from the project manager. The project manager apologized and explained they are very busy and it was the end of the year and there were a lot of project in their system. Even though they were very busy the system was installed faster then the original time frame and we were very happy about that. In addition Green NRG offered us turf termination service with redesign and installation of drought tolerance landscape to reduce our water bills. The best part is that LADWP paid for that project. For the first time in my life my utility company paid for my landscape.
