They showed up as promised and did a thorough check of my AC unit. The only hiccup was that they charged my wife on the day of service for which I had already paid for via Angie's List. After a few phone calls the money was refunded. Controlled Climates did an excellent job...I just wish Angie's List could do a better job communicating with the service providers when services are paid through Angie's List.
