"Derek, the owner of Local Home Services, Inc, did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely hire him again in the future. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. "I was originally looking for someone to replace our patio door. I met Lior and decided to also renovate our kitchen. Everything went so well that we decided to also renovate the 2 bathrooms, replace all the flooring , interior and exterior paint. Everything went well. Lior is very knowledgeable, patient and very responsive. I was really apprehensive going into this since you hear all the horror stories with contractors. However, Iâ m so grateful that this is definitely not the case. Very happy with the end result. Highly recommended."
