Prior to coming, he was careful to gather details--there was a bathroom behind one wall, he made sure that no water lines were impacted. He provided a quote within hours of our discussion. He texted on scheduled day about his arrival time (he arrived early!). Upon arrival, he put shoe coverings over his shoes, he placed cover on the floor where the TV's were being mounted, he made sure all was cleaned up.
