Excalibur Van Lines, LLCNick and his crew were professional, polite, efficient, and patient considering it took them over 2 extra hours to get to Irvu w because of an accident on the Grapevine (I-5). I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving and cares about their stuff! My only complaint was with the main office and had nothing to do with the guys who did the work. I had been verbally told that I would get 10% off if I paid in cash but they did not honor this when it came time to pay. My brother literally moved a week earlier and used Excalibur and they did get him the 10%. Didn't really understand the difference but since I was only $12 over the 'not to exceed number', I didn't make a big deal about it.- reba b.

Movers Direct LLCEverything went well from first contact with Christy At Mover's Direct. She was pleasant, professional and explained the process to my satisfaction. The lead mover, Lamar, arrived at the designated time on Thursday, January 30th. There were a total of four workers who showed up at my townhouse apartment, and everything was loaded in two hours. My car was towed behind the truck. I was told that delivery in New Jersey would be on Monday, February 3rd. I received a call Sunday night confirming delivery time, and again they were right on time. Lamar and one other worker unloaded the truck and car quickly. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Mover's Direct, and would highly recommend this family business.- Barbara R.

Express Moving & StorageThe first time I used Express Moving and Storage, owned and operated by Mr. Ben Durnham was back in July when we had to move to a short term lease housing after selling our home in a day. Getting a schedule that will easily fit a customer's convenience and timeframe is no hassle. The day of the move, David and Brandon showed up a few minutes before my scheduled appointment at 8:00 AM. David and Brandon were polite, courteous and well experienced in their trade, They were able to load, apply protective wrap on wooden furniture and large electronics and place protective pads where it's needed. Upon arriving their destination, they were very careful and efficient in unloading, unpacking and unwrapping furniture and large electronics. You can also request for them to disassemble furniture and reassemble them once you settled to your destination. The second time I used Express Moving and Storage was today. I had to move in to my new home. I requested the same crew as last time but one of them is unavailable today but Mr. Durnham sent someone who is just as equally efficient. David and Abel arrived on time, They were able to load, pack and wrap a 7 piece king bedroom set, 6 piece queen bedroom set, twin mattress with box frame, 2 kids dresser, 20 plus large moving boxes, 1 46 inch LCD TV, TV stand, 3 piece living room set, 3 and 5 piece patio furniture and some other small to medium size items in just 4 hours / half a day. That includes furniture disassembly and reassembly. They also had to move furniture on the second floor. Both David and Abel were extremely careful on maneuvering furniture in my new home. There was not a single paint scratch or gouge that can be found after moving all that stuff. I highly recommend Express moving and Storage for any local or statewide move.- Norell C.

Express Moving & StorageIt went very well. The two moving men were very good at keeping me informed through the process of their concerns, the order of loading the truck, how everything was going to be wrapped and how certain items were going to fit going up the stairs and landing of the new apartment. I had purchased insurance so they paid close attention to the state of the furniture, the legs being loose on my couch and my protectiveness for my 50" plasma TV. A large desk of mine has a glass top which screws into place, they were considerate enough to wrap it seperately to insure it wasn't damaged. More surprising was the speed it was all done, with barely 50 feet from the entrances of each appartment, 5 miles of drive time, the whole process was done in 2 hours flat. Ironically, it took more time to wrap everything and get it into the truck than it did to get all of it up the flight of stairs at my new apartment. They were also very conscienious of where I wanted all of my items of furniture.- nicholas satterlee S.

Express Moving & StorageThey called to confirm before the move, called me to let me know they were nearby and they were early, which was an option we had discussed previously. They went over the paperwork, and loaded the truck with no issues and with obvious care for my possessions. They drove to the new address, unloaded the items, went over the paperwork and everything came in under the estimate. There were no hidden fees, extra unexpected charges or unpleasant surprises. There was no damage, nothing broken and they were polite and easy to work with from the first phone call, to the end of the move.- Brenda R.

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Went beautifully. On time every time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The leader, Danny, pointed out the damages as they occurred and believe me it was minimal. A first for us in our 20+ moves. Piano was moved without problems. They carefully disassembled the exercise equipment, electronics,computer equipment and carefully packed them. They reassembled the exercise equipment and tested it on delivery. They carefully moved the washer and dryer without denting the thin front! Wow! They marked all boxes accurately and mixed room contents very little. They were very caring people as I had to take my wife to emergency room shortly after they got to work. At first I was uneasy leaving but they proved to be trustworthy and very caring. There were no problems leaving them for that six hours. All was not perfect, it never is. Other than a few minor dings I can count on one hand the only other issue was they were unable to reattach the dryer vent and move it into its final location. I had to finish it myself. It required a new vent hose. It became apparent at the start that the two 26’ trucks would not contain everything. Christy had no problems getting a third truck and crew on site the next morning. There was no delay to the original timeline, only the extra charge for the truck and crew. But she did give us a discount on it. They moved live plants, a first in our moves. All in all the best move ever. They made a very stressful time a little less so.

All the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
