Very difficult to access to location for a septic tank clean out. Joseph, the Rooter Man Plumbing technician was polite, efficient, and did a great job. Very good communications between the company and me regarding the timing of service, who was coming, etc. Hard to find a good company that will service difficult to access locations with a small pump truck. I recommend this company with a 5 star rating.

My plumber Aram Z. Had excellent customer service, he was very knowledgeable about the main line problem with the plumbing. He looked at the pipes under the house and knew exactly what to do, to fix the problem. Aram Z. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

BACKFLUSHING...PROBLEMS STILL EXIST STREET CREWS HAVE WORKED ON THEIR PROBLEM AT LEAST 7 TIMES RESULTING IN OUR TOILETS SPEWING WATER AND SLUDGE ALL OVER OUR FLOORS....SOMETHING IS STILL WRONG WITH DWP MAIN SEWER LINE.......THEY'LL BE BACK ORIGINAL ESTIMATE: ART PERFORMED $49 CLEANOUT SPECIAL. BROUGHT CAMERA GUY....... A CLOGGED BACK BEDROOM BATHTUB AND TOILET TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE SEVERE CLOG.........63 YR OLD HOUSE WITH CORRODED CAST IRON PIPES BEYOND REPAIR..... TOTAL REPLACEMENT FROM CLEANOUT TO CLAY PIPE NECESSARY.....25 FOOT RUN. NUMEROUS NEIGHBOURS HAVE INSTALLED CLEANOUTS ON FRONT LAWNS. CONSIDERING THIS, I DECIDED IT WOULD BE PRUDENT TO FIRSTLY, REPLACE UNDER-HOUSE CAST-IRON PIPING WITH ABS, THEN, INSTALL CLEANOUT AT FRONT OF HOUSE. ART GIVEN ESTIMATE - $4800 WORK PERFORMED IN ONE DAY. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP...TOTAL CLEANUP OF SCRAP IRON. ORIGINAL INCONVENIENT CLEANOUT ELIMINATED. ART WROTE UP ESTIMATE FOR RELINING CLAY PIPE TO PROPERTY LINE FOR FUTURE USE. ALL WORK GUARANTEED 25 YEARS. WARRANTY TRANSFERABLE TO NEW HOMEOWNER. It was awesome, meaning they did their job but didn't oversell me. I represent a manufacturer and I'm in charge of taking care of warranty issues here in California, so I use you guys, Angie's List, to reach out for sub-contractors to handle our warranty work. I'm not really a retail consumer. I work on behalf of my employer who is based in Texas, and I'm the guy that holds the plumbing license for the Texas outfit, here in California.
