We had an initial inspection (a thorough one, including photos and measurements) and a detailed conversation that went 4 hours instead of the 60-90 minutes that I was told to expect. Some of that comes from having an unrealistic expectation of what a roof replacement actually costs. The physical system and labor certifications they provide appears to be top of the line.
