"Outstanding experience! Very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and swift turn around of the report. Highly recommend!"

"Frank was very responsive and communicative leading up to the inspection. In the reminder email we received for our inspection appointment, there was a helpful link that covered what to inspect. During the inspection, Frank was prompt to let us know about higher priority repairs and at the end of the appointment, I had the detailed inspection report in hand. 100% would recommend."

"For anyone looking for a reliable and honest company- I highly recommend Pacific Pure Maintenance. After having exposure to TOXIC mold in my home, I had Pacific Pure Maintenance quote the project for mold remediation. My insurance company however, had me go with another company that cut and removed the mold without doing any kind of treating to the air. Months later I was still ill and contacted Pacific Pure Maintenance and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They removed the toxins /air spores that were continuing to make me sick. (Something that other companies did not do NOR recommend). At the time, I knew NOTHING about mold exposure and I was looking to the experts for advise and none of the other mold removal companies were as helpful as Pacific Pure Maintenance. I am forever grateful to this company for doing what other companies didnt and going above and beyond."

"Devendra Deshwal helped us design and engineer landscaping with retaining walls and other structures in our front and backyards. He was very professional, patient and accommodating, and worked diligently with the City of Belmont to attain all permits and approvals. Even with changing requirements from the city, he was responsive and came back several times with updated designs and plans that met the new requirements and specs. Belmont is really particular about drainage, and Devendra worked closely with the city to get all the details needed to ensure that our plans met with City requirements. He followed-through until we completed final inspections and approvals of all the work done. We appreciate all the help he has provided to get our front and backyards landscaped to our requirements, and would recommend him highly to others who require the services of a civil/structural engineer."

"I highly recommend hiring him for your home appraisal needs. He dedicated extensive time and effort to thoroughly evaluate the property and carefully considered all the improvements that could enhance its value. The appraisal reports provided clear and detailed explanations for the higher appraisal cost, which resulted in the successful removal of my PMI by the bank. Additionally, he provided valuable feedback on potential steps to further increase the home's value. Moreover, his friendly and laid-back demeanor made the entire process enjoyable."
