Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

"They guys that came out worked very clean and with very little noise....when they were finished installing they painted the piping along the roof as well as along the house the same colors, matched perfectly. then the electrician came out after the inspector gave his  approval, finished the clean up and completed the panel install, same thing,  he repaired and replaced any damaged stucco the same color as the house, perfectly....they all worked clean and were very professional very happy with the worked performed.
