"We just had SD premier outdoors complete our backyard (new pavers throughout) and HAD to review! They started on a Wednesday and weâ re literally done the following Friday! Complete demo of old hardscape, landscaping demo, and laying pavers to completionâ ¦ in just over a week! Insane, especially right now during COVID with so many friends and neighbors we know taking months and months for projects to complete. The team showed up everyday on time, and worked their butts off. It was so hot and humid too (poor guys!) and worked until 5-7pm every day. Such a great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone. Emily has a great idea, easy to work with and responsive, and her team is really a dream team! Thank you so much for the beautiful new backyard and for the minimal disruption in our lives!!"
"Brothers landscape did a fantastic job I definitely recommend. Great communication from start to finish, more than fair pricing, and the crew was superb. There isn’t any other landscape company needed they got it. Thanks again!!"
"They are a pleasure to do business. I have hired them to take care of my property on a full time bases Victor & Scott are very reliable great service fair prices."
"I couldn't have been more happy to get my landscaping work done, and that too so beautifully - huge thanks to Install it direct! I wanted a very simple easy to maintain side yard for which time an budget was a deciding factor as much as were the options I had for making it look beautiful and functional. William worked with me to help pick the best options and get the design nailed down. Patrick and Jonathan took it from there and stayed in constant touch, worked patiently with me, and kept in touch till the work was done. They were always available to talk through any concerns or question I had. I got nice pavers, a retaining wall and a small patch of artificial turf which looks amazing. Work was done really fast and the crew was so hard working and I never saw them spend time on anything else while they were there. I would recommend INSTALL-IT-DIRECT to anyone who heartedly!!!"
"The gentleman was on time and very professional. During the quote, he stated the job would be approximately $900.00 to remove and preserve the metal fence. I believed that to be a reasonable price. However, after receiving a quote for $1800.00 which is double the price, and the cost of a new fence is approximately $1300.00 I decided to go elsewhere and replace the fence."
"Evoscapes did an amazing job on our backyard in San Diego. From the custom pool design to the landscaping, everything was handled with great care and detail. The value they deliver is outstanding, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend their team for any outdoor living project!"
"Willie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He worked with me as we developed our deck/patio plans and was extremely hard working. He completed an absolutely gorgeous patio cover and 2 decks for us!!! Price was extremely competitive and Willie spent the time helping me create exactly what we wanted. Definitely give Willie and his team a chance to create something special."
"Noe is very experienced with putting in my driveway and walking area. He is beyond professional and very helpful. His workmanship is perfect. He is very kind and has reasonable prices. He was our first interview and we wanted him, but we wanted to make sure so interviewed many other people; it all came back to Noe. If you want an honest reliable professional man to do concrete.....Look no further just hire Noe."

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.
Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.
Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.
