His bid was not the lowest, but he quoted better quality paint (as rated by Consumer Reports) and more layers of work -- power-washing with TSP, then a primer coat using Kilz, then two coats of paint. He and his crew were pleasant and neat. It was worth the "extra" (which may not really be any extra amount when considering the additional time and materials involved)."

They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace.
