Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
