"I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds: 1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered 2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered 3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break. I don't think I'd buy these again. show more

"It was triple digits outside and my air was not working. I called a couple people that told me it would be a week or more. Michelle answered the phone and fit me in the next morning. Very professional from the start to the finish. Brian who I guess is the owner, introduced himself and was wearing a clearly marked golden state comfort shirt. (With all the scams and weirdo people out there it is nice to know who you are working with.). He was clean and respectful of my house. Seemed to be quick and efficient with the job.
