They are very efficient and the treatments have been very successful.

Pretty well but they cashed my check, lost it in their system, and wanted me to go to my bank and email a front and back copy of the check to help them find it. When I told them I don't have a scanner to email it in they suggested I drive to the city library and pay them to scan and email. Not happy with their accounting department. They found the check after a week. ($1200.00)

The quality is good. I haven't had any infestations since then. They are good when it comes to their responsiveness. They call when they would come and then they come. The price is what kind of got me. I don't even notice them coming. They just come and do it. I don't have to be here. They are excellent, they are professional. They should continue what they are doing.

It cost me quite a bit. I have a continuing service with them. They are really pricey. They have a perimeter stuff around my house so nothing is supposed to be in here. It's pretty good. No pest is going to come into my house.

I ended up with bed bugs in my home and was covered with bites every night.  I called Terminix and a representative was sent out.  He found one bug under my bed and killed it with his finger and said I had bed bugs and that I caught it soon enough that it wouldn't be a problem to get rid of them.  I explained I had limited income so he took a phone call outside with someone then told me a man would be calling to waive or offer a discounted rate and he offered service at approx $700 for the year.  I verbally agreed to this and then was handed a small computerized tablet to sign where I couldn't see the agreement.  I later received contracts via email with much higher amounts than he had quoted and nobody ever called to discuss waiving any fees.  I was upset this amount was much higher than quoted and the next time I saw him he assured me someone would be calling and took a check from me for $150 that was never cashed.  They showed up 1/2 an hour late and proceeded to vacuum and spray. He told me to bag up all my clothes and place them on the back porch in the sun for several days.  Without thinking I listened to them and many articles of clothing were bleached by the sun and damaged.  I was told he would be providing mattress covers.  When I arrived home after they sprayed there were no mattress covers applied to my bed.  I had to wait nearly a week to get the covers and when he applied them they were the wrong size, now my mattress slides around and my bedding comes undone and my bedding wont fit properly on my bed with the oversize covers.  I continued to get bit every night.  After several unreturned calls I got a message on my phone that they were coming to my house in 30 minutes to spray when I wasnt home.  I waited another week to get someone to come spray.  A technician came to my home with a small aerosol can that looked like hairspray and told me I would have to leave for 2 hours. I walked to the other side of the house and grabbed my cellphone and when I walked back to my room he had the door shut saying he had already completed spraying the entire room.  I thought it was strange as I was only gone for less than a minute.  I then left the house and drove to run some errands. I realized I had forgot my wallet and turned around and headed back to my home.  I had only been gone 15 minutes. When I arrived he had already left.  I came into the house and didn't smell any chemical smell.  The areas where I had asked him to spray were completely dry.  I continued to have new bites daily.  I ended up researching and covered my entire house, carpets, and bedding with diatomaceous earth for two weeks before I stopped getting new bites.  A month or two later a guy showed up to spray and I explained what happened. He said he'd have someone call me and I never got a call from anyone but the billing department.  I still owe $1400 to terminix and the bill situation is unresolved.  I feel like I got totally ripped off and my credit is being ruined because I cannot afford to pay this large amount and I ended up having to get rid of the bugs myself.  Additionally one of the times the guy stood between me and my bedroom door and was telling me about all the women he had dated and past relationships and how he was trying to diet but how good he used to look.  I felt very uncomfortable.  I didn't complain to anyone about this because at the time my focus was resolving the bug problem but it totally creeped me out.

* I did receive 2 phone calls from the company after this but one of the problems was they give you 800 numbers with extensions that dont work to departments that dont answer or they give you a cell phone of someone to call and they don't answer and you can't leave a message because their voice mail box is full.  It sucks to try to get a hold of anyone to talk to.  I read all the reviews saying its easy to get someone to come out and spray but I never had an easy time getting a hold of anyone. I think its much better to use a smaller company where you can speak with someone directly or leave a message.
I wish I could figure out how to submit pictures so I can show people the damage to my house, clothing, and the bites and dirt I had to sleep in and the ridiculously large mattress cover I was provided with.

They are good and we’ve used them since 1999.  Jennifer comes to spray and she’s an amazing.   If I need to call for ants or any other pests, then scheduling the service is easy.

We’ve been using them for years.  The people who come by are very friendly, helpful and keep us bug-free.  I’ve never had a problem scheduling service.  If we’re not home for the service, they will leave a message and come back at my convenience.

We are satisfied with their  We are satisfied with their service.  He actually found termites in an area that we did not think they would be.  He came when I was not home and he had a contractor with him that was fixing the wall and he was the one that noticed the termite problem.  Right now, we don't have a yearly contract with them.  When we paid for the treatment it was $800 and it was pretty pricey.  They treated the inside of the walls and they treated the soil outside the mobile home and they did that on two or three different occasions and they came back for another inspection about 6 months later just to make sure that there wasn't anymore problems.  They were responsive and came on very short notice.  We will continue to use Terminix in the future.

They are very good.  I like everything about them.  They come inside if you need it.  I haven’t had ants since they came.  They come in at a time when I am here, and they finish efficiently.  They have a good service plan.  They are available and will come right out when I call them.  I would use them again in the future.

I love the gal that comes out and does the service, she is very personable, and will do anything I ask if I have a problem area.  I give them high ratings and actually, we are not on contract with them right now, but, still use them.
