"My wife is the boss! I hired a cleaning service to clean our home every other week. My wife said Nice, Clean, & Tidy Home Cleaning with Love is the best cleaning service we have ever had. Great job! Isaac the young gentleman I spoke to is very professional and listened to exactly what we needed done. Job well done. We finally found our cleaning company. I recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for the right fit for their household."

"They did a great job. They sent someone out the day after I called. I had previously tried to remove the stains and odor myself, using a variety of store bought products, as well as baking soda and vinegar. None of it worked. But the Beacon technician was able to remove both the stain and the odor."

Customers say: True professional

"A stellar job!  I called yesterday and spoke with Scott, who was able to fit me into his very busy schedule on short notice.  He arrived on time and explained in detail what he planned to do and what to expect in terms of cost and how long it would take.  The floor was very dirty and looked terrible.  I'm a pretty good DIY person, and I had stripped and re-sealed it myself twice, but it never came out very well.  Scott is a true professional and knows his chemicals - he had some kind of "secret sauce" that stripped the old stuff right off.  It looks fabulous now.  He put three coats of wax on it and it's better than it was when it was new.  Scott was very generous with his time, and even explained to me what I could do to clean my wood floors if I wanted to do it myself.  When he left, he sold me some of the high grade polish that he uses at his cost.  I really could not be more pleased, and Scott is a great guy besides!

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should not clean roof shingles if the roof has damage like missing shingles or low spots where water may accumulate. You should focus on repairing the roof before any cleaning process occurs. If you notice roof damage as you’re climbing on the roof to clean it, stop immediately. Call a roofing pro to make repairs. Cleaning a roof that has damage could lead to pooling water or water damage to the roof decking. The roof cleaning process removes mold and mildew, making the roof look better. It is not going to fix physical damage, though.

You can rinse your solar panels in some cases. For example, periodically rinsing your solar panels can remove light debris if you live in an agricultural or dusty area. Light dust and dirt won’t affect efficiency much, but they can build up and mix with other debris like animal droppings, leaves, and small sticks.

If you wish to forego painting your shingles but still want to give them a fresh look, a deep cleaning is the first step. Clean off any debris from your roof and gutters, and then power wash your shingles to get grime and algae off. To take things one step further, you might even consider installing new gutters to give your home a bright new look.

The best time to clean the outside of your house is during your outdoor spring cleaning. Wait until late spring, after the wave of pollen is done coating your home. You can also wash your house in late fall–before the first freeze–to remove leaves and branches from the gutters.

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.
