I had called and left a message He got a hold of me the next day and sent one of his repair guys out the following morning. For the service call it'd $45-55. The repair man came out and he undid the back and removed the ice build up. Now it seems like everything is running ok. I was impressed...
Wish I could say for sure how things went. This was a home I was selling from out of state. Bone Dry did schedule with my realtor and performed the service the same day as the home inspector was there. The inspector did not note any roof problems in his report.
