"I told him what I wanted on the phone and then again when he arrived 1 1/2 HOURS Late. He brought his mother and sister-in-law. His problem was that I speak Spanish. He gave the wrong instructions to his team. I overheard this and again corrected him. Rules of my complex is that you can't have workers after 5 on the premises. He demanded his money after partially doing the job incorrectly actually making the problem worse. I was alone as both my neighbors were gone so I paid him. He promised to come back in 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and I have called twice to chase him down to finish properly. I just gave up. I have been ripped off. Don't use him."

We were very pleased with the operator who drove up with some serious heavy equipment to masticate and remove dead almond trees, brush, removal of dead tree stumps. I also needed to relocate a 15 year old fruitless mulberry tree, and push back 10+ ft. of the mountain side to create a larger backyard space. I was confident in leaving the operator as I ran errands and when I returned, I was impressed with the amount of work that he completely in such a short amount of time. It is possible to burn out a tree stump if it is dried out and in an area of your property with a large buffer. Drill holes in the stump and dig around the base so it burns more easily.
