"Quite well. In my first call to him, Don asked essential questions about the issues and prior to coming out, did considerable homework about my partcular model. He did the maintenance descaling treatment throroughly. He then showed me on a diagram where the plumbing was never installed correctly, suggesting that this might be the reason the heater runs too much. While with me he called the manufacturer and talked to a master technician who verified the incorrect installation. He recommended that I contact the homebuilder to get it fixed, rather than charging me to fix it himself. Some days later he called just to check on things. While initially his manner seemed less attentive than I might have expected, in the end I came to really appreciate his knowledge, experience, and forthrightness. I recommend him highly."
