They provided the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Daniel recognized problems with my Dryer Vent as was quick to repair and clean it. I was amazed at the way he cleaned the vent out as for years I was paying Sears on contract to maintain my appliances and they were cleaning it out at the front of the dryer instead of the back of the vent.
